<B>《珠峰所赐的福气》（图三）</B>

      2003年9月18日下午六点四十，我一脸骄傲地来到了珠穆朗玛
峰脚下。

      嘿，这是世界第一高峰珠穆朗玛峰（藏语意思是“圣母”），海
拔8848米！有人把珠峰看作地球之颠，是每个心存高远志向的人一
生必到的地方。

      我们不仅行至这里，还带来人生的福气。据说一年之中珠峰只
有20%的机率才“裸体出浴”，其他时候峰封顶总有云雾遮挡。可我们
的福气来了谁也挡不住！在绒布寺，也被叫做观赏珠峰的一个最佳
位置时，我们所见的珠峰可是通体洁白、无遮无拦。

      好色（摄）之徒的我们再次涌动起来，五台数码相机，两台DV
“疯狂扫射”。当我正自我陶醉地自言自语，并用数码相机的录音功
能录制下来时，猛然发现JACK正拿着DV对我进行人物特写。更逗的
是，绒布寺旁的藏族小孩也都跑了出来，和我们一起欢笑跳跃（图三）。

    珠峰，你会是我的人生转折点吗？我不信佛，可是我相信“精诚所
至、金石为开”。眼前云开雾散的雪峰，可以当作对我们不远千里、
艰难跋涉的奖赏吗？

[B]《珠峰大本营》（图二）[/B]

     这就是珠峰大本营（图一），也是我们这趟行程住得最高的地方，
海拔5200多米。

     果然高处不胜寒，在这个小多吉望帐篷旅馆过夜（图二），盖了
三层被子，我的手脚依然冰凉到天亮。

     在帐篷里我们遇到捷克来的一个小伙子，他自带帐篷从老定日徒
步到珠峰，打算第二天还要攀登珠峰。他也是一个辞职出来旅游的老
外，女朋友顶不住辛苦已经返回了。可是他还不甘心，准备用自己的
身体丈量世界第一高峰。

     珠峰大本营就象一个大家族。我们和老外没有隔阂，跟其他帐篷
里的朋友也见面三分熟。晚上我们应邀到一个新搭的帐篷里联欢。这
个帐篷里有中科院冰川考察队的科学家，也有珠峰邮局的营业员罗布，
还有几位藏族导游。大家一起跳藏族舞，吃爆米花，无拘无束，可不
快活。最逗的是，跟我们聊天的藏族导游汉语说得还没英语溜，最后
我们几个中国人还不得不用英语聊天。在珠峰大本营练口语，这可真
让我始料不及的。
